I work as Head of improvement projects at Huhtamaki Flexibles Italy driving Lean Manufacturing;
•	I am currently working as a Project Leader to improve quality and processes by applying the Lean 6 Sigma tools with the constant integration of security and operating with tight constraints (BRC, HCCP);
•	I lead & manage dedicated teams (5 – 45 people) composed of personnel from all departments such as Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Safety, Quality, IT.;
•	Evaluate economic impacts of processes and related projects (Capex, Opex) and collaborate with CFO & Management in order to define the Company Budget according to objectives of the production process;
•	Ensure operating performances (efficiency) & optimize productivity capacity according to production planning;
•	Solve quality problems, starting from customer’s needs, applying Root Cause Analysis;
•	Definition, standardization & analysis of operational KPIs;
•	Teaching about: Lean tools, Statistical Analysis (using Minitab), Project Management;
•	Some projects:
1)	TPM on machines (100k€ of saving); 2) Development of Cost Deployment 4) Consumables optimization (- 33% of annual cost);  5) OEE Calculation; 6) SMED & Setup Reduction (avg savings by each family of 100k€ / year ) 7)  VSM
