Project Manager (International Projects) 
Responsible of the TPM suite implementation in Italy, Germany and USA for Davide Campari and in Italy for Mondelez managing projects of over €2millions
• Lead a team of about 20 people (internal and external) managing technical and functional consultants, business advisors and Solution & Technical leaders. 
• Manage project economics in Navision applying the Earned Value Method, allocate Purchase Orders for suppliers and drive invoicing activities.
• Accountant of delivery the projects on time on cost and on budget achieving a marginality of at least 45% for each project.
• Schedule work items, deadlines and milestones of project plans accordingly with the project scope shared with the customer. 
• Support Account Managers in the definition of the Statement of Work for new projects and Change Requests in terms of contents, resources and economics. 
• Apply the waterfall methodology leading projects form the Design phase (Workshops with key users and Business Blueprint) to the Build (execution) going through Deploy and Stabilization (AMS involvement), organizing periodical status meetings and monitoring milestones achievements. 
• Plan the next countries roll out projects applying the 80-20 approach versus the core template already developed and deployed in the pilot country.
