Responsible for the performance of a team of 4 Project Managers and Coordinators dedicated to Pharmaceutical Development Projects within the Pharmaceutical Development Division. Responsible for area main KPI’s which include Voice of The Client program, Project Management KPI, and Costumer Relationship health between the company and major Pharmaceutical and emerging clients from all over the world. 

Liaison between clients need and site operational process such as scheduling, production, quality management, logistics, Operational Excellence, sales, and financial short/mid/long term strategy (revenues and EBITDA).
