Talent Garden is a coworking network for digital innovation with 26 campuses in 8 countries hosting thousands of talented people, including entrepreneurs, startuppers, freelancers, companies and large corporations. I hold the position of Global Development Manager which includes: scouting and setting agreements for the acquisition of new buildings, coordination of the design team to develop the best project for the company, coordination of the project managers and responsibility for the time schedule and the budget in each new opening. I am also responsible for the facility management of the existing structures, including the coordination of the local facility managers and the global comparative analysis of the service quality and costs (maintenance, cleaning, security ). I manage the technical staff of the company with high attention to change processes, with the aim to obtain better performance from a  relaxed and happy team.

Founded in 2009, the Santagostino Medical Center is a network of medical centers providing medical examinations, dental care, therapies, imaging and laboratory analysis, at low cost and high quality for patients. I started my position in 2015 when the company began its expansion phase. During my experience, I founded the technical department and consolidated my position as director of commercial development and property management, with 7 people who reported to me. In this role, I held the responsibility for research and selection of new buildings, negotiation of leases, feasibility and planning buildings renovations, from the beginning of construction to the design and internal supplies. I developed a standard medical center format and I structured the procurement area. The skills of project manager, acquired in my previous work experience, have been fundamental to obtain the executions in compliance with the times and costs declared at the beginning of every project. The passion for simplicity led me to take care of the design of the patient journey in the physical places. I was also responsible for the facility services, including maintenance, of all the Santagostino buildings. I managed this area with two main objectives: to maximize the autonomy of people to solve first-level problems by the local staff; to strengthen the knowledge and involvement of suppliers and co-building services with them. The fast growth of the Santagostino is the most tangible proof of my commitment over the years. Another personal recognition came from the victory in 2018 of the Italian Retail award for the health and beauty category.

Senior Engineer at SCL Ingegneria Strutturale, an engineering company with a wide experience in structural design of complex civil buildings and industrial plants. I was responsible for project management, structural design, and site work supervision. I was in charge of the inspection in several Procter & Gamble and IKEA production plants to ensure the structural safety of the racks and the warehouse. During this time I also gained deep experience in Evaluation of fire and seismic risk for structures.
