Main work responsibilities:

➢	Responsible for DSLR (Digital single-lens reflex) project department.
➢	Interface with the customer and management to update the product.
➢	Reduction and management of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
➢	Defect reduction and continuous improvement.
➢	Identification of new calculation methods on Estimated die loss and Killer ratio caused from random defects detected on line.
➢	Identification and use of metrics for measuring the project state.
➢	Start-up of two new devices.
➢	Analysis and control of defectiveness for three process areas  (DRY ETCH, CVD/PVD, IMPLANT).
➢	Use of the methodology G8D for problem analysis  (trouble-shooting), the preventive analysis  (FMEA) and reactive analysis (Lessons learnt)
➢	Responsible for the installation and set up of new measuring machine (AMAT) in production line.
➢	Writing procedures and BKM.
➢	Training and certification of technicians and engineers.
➢	Responsible for the Statistical Process Control of the defectiveness on all processes.
➢	Data Analysis and reduction of false alarms on SPC chart.

➢	Archive organization, management of technical documentation.
