• responsible of the optimisation of IQSMS software implementation for Compliance Monitoring and of the preparation of guidelines and guidance material in this regard • involvement in Quality and Compliance Monitoring activities • knowledge of EASA and IATA Regulations (especially for Air Ops and ATOs) • preparation and customisation of Audit/Inspection checklists, conduction of Audits and Ramp Inspections, assignation and handling of findings, application of Root Cause Analysis methods • definition and implementation of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Performance-Based Approach to Compliance, planning of the Audit Programme for 2020 • revisioning, drafting, and writing of manuals
