•	Internal quality management, problem-solving and corrective actions;

•	Coordinated an external team dedicated to quality check final products following technical sheets (TXT PLM) and specific requirements;
•	Ensured that manufacturing processes complied with standards of the brand on national and international levels;
•	Supervised QC report from QC technicians (Europe and far East);
•	Followed-up PPE compliance (personal protective equipment) in accordance with internal rules;
•	Supervised supplies regarding procedures, standards and
systems and implemented a continuous improvement system.
•	Supervised and managed ISO 9001:2015 implementations and collaboration with the certification body;
•	Implemented and maintained the ISO certification in order to meets requirements from the QMS (quality management system) and implemented the PDCA cycle;
•	Defined and implemented the quality system covering the entire production process improving product quality through processes;
•	Recorded analysis and distributed statistical information about quality (products, process, and raw materials);
•	In charge of the internal laboratory in accordance with the brand standards (as bally test, tensile strength, tearing test, colour fastness etc..) for raw materials or finished goods and draw up reports;
•	Assisted in quality complains and implemented action plans to constantly reduce them to zero, both coming from the market and corrective actions with suppliers;
•	Internal audits in accordance with UNI EN ISO 19011:2018
•	Supplier audits regarding ISO 9001:2015;
•	Test management with notified bodies (EX: SGS, BUREAU
VERITAS, INTERTEK);
•	QC inspections (Europe and Far East)
