▪	Support the Office of the DG and the Chief External Relations in their collaboration with Member States; enhance external cooperation and fundraising; strategise external relations;  
▪	perform research on previous interactions of external partners and member/non-member states with the Centre and provide data and statistics relevant to the executive decision-making;
▪	assist with the preparation of bilateral meetings and plenary sessions of the Board of Governors and Council of Scientific Advisers;
▪	ensure appropriate preparation of meetings, including sending invitations, schedules, draw list of participants, updating the budget.
▪	preparation of financial reports for Member Countries and external partners, including cross-country analysis, budget briefing and financial documentation;
▪	assist the management of the capacity building projects in Ethiopia and Eritrea;
▪	support the preparation of material and methods to increase visibility and participation in CURIoSA initiatives (including info-graphic material,  videos and questionnaires).
▪	serves as ICGEB’s interface with international organisations, managing requests, information exchanges, reporting and related follow-up.
▪	contribute to the implementation of strategies related to resource mobilization and partnerships building, based on the corporate resource mobilization and donor relations strategy, particularly under the auspices of the ICGEB Alumni Association 
▪	provide a assessments and analysis of existing and new donors to help the ICGEB  to maintain, expand and diversify its donor base.
