•	To be the main interface between development team and the customer assuring that customer requirements and needs are fulfilled
•	To coordinate and plan the program activities according to APQP in cooperation with project managers and technical departments leaders assuring timing and milestones
•	To manage project and customer meetings

•	Coordination of innovation design teams and projects KPi monitoring
•	Market analysis and business plan related to components and/or systems for "New mobility" like high voltage batteries, fuel cells systems and wireless power transmission systems.
•	To develop innovative concepts for components and/or production processes

Achieved results:
•	Battery cell frames business acquisition for a big German OEM
•	Patent application:  Ion exchanger for fuel cells application
•	High voltage Battery Business plan and market strategy definition
•	Acquisition of an European funded research project (FESR – COOL-CAR) in the field of HV batteries development in cooperation with Bolzano University.

Main tasks:
•	To manage Design Quality Department within Electronic Component Product Line.
•	To guarantee compliance of the development process to ISO TS 16949.
•	To manage APQP
•	To define design and process validation plans in agreement with customers.
•	To manage D-FMEA 
•	To manage Reliability Laboratory for electronic components.

Achieved results:
•	Electronic Component Product Development Procedure according to ISO TS 16949.
•	No corrective actions coming out from the 7 ISO TS 16949 audits I managed.
•	Standardization of D-FMEA methodology according to Fiat and VDA standard
•	Positive validations of several electronic control units (Diesel engine ECUs, Gasoline engine ECUs, Mechatronic ECU for robotized gear boxes control) according to specifications of Fiat Group, PSA, Renault, VW, Ford, GM.
•	Standardization of reliability laboratory activities according to ISO 17025.
