Logistics and Transport Manager, invoicing office, goods receipt office, spare parts
warehouse, reception and concierge at Unigra Srl.
I manage and coordinate a team of 25 employees and report directly to the owner in the field of
transport and to the CFO for the part concerning invoicing.
As Transport Manager, I am in charge of selecting and managing suppliers, from the rates
negotiation phase to assessing their performance by analysing their KPIs.
In this area, I manage and coordinate two resources that cover 100% of the company's needs
in terms of scheduling shipments by land, sea, air, national, international.
I am in contact with major logistic operators for widespread distribution on the national and
international market.
As far as sea freight forwarding is concerned, I deal with the selection of forwarding agents with
whom I have preferential agreements thanks to my direct knowledge of the commercial
managers of the main shipping companies on the international market.
I worked as Key User of the Transport - TMS SAP module, indicating how the entire
Transport system was implemented and developed in Unigrà.
I have a good knowledge of customs procedures.
