Since 2018, reporting directly to the Southern Europe Sales Manager, I manage two teams, one on the
Direct Channel with five Sales Engineers and the last on the Indirect Channel, leading two Distributor
Partners based in Veneto and Piedmont. In my role I must build the Budget, assign the KPIs by channel and
SE and support them in achieving the result. On a weekly basis I must create the forecast to share with the
supply chain platform, by week / quarter and assign the guidelines to the teams to maintain and confirm it,
through a weekly pipeline review through the sales force. By carrying out field activities with them, my aim
is to develop people's knowledge and background to continue to grow their skills, generating new business
opportunities, building solutions to customer needs, or supporting people in solving problems. On an
annual basis I must create the personal performance appraisal and review it every six months to build the
action plan to reach each KPI, based on the sales result and the quality of the performance. With this I must
guide each people to grow themselves profile with the personal development plan must be to do every
year.
Salary increases, discount policy and travel expenses and hire new SE are my responsibility
