In the Clients & Reporting Services team I was involved in the clients acquisition and relationship management processes with specific regards to the operational activities. In particular I performed:
 On-boarding activities: analysis and checks that the operational flows requested for new mandates are comply with the Company standards
 Out-boarding activities: to take care that all the relevant activities, on operational side, are completed on time respect to the contractual rules
 Opening/closing cash and securities accounts

 Analysis of EP elections forecasts
 Supporting policy and lobbying activities on the EU institutions
 Following EU legislature / regulatory developments to identify threats and opportunities in the draft EU legislation (Antidumping, B2B, Seasonal time changes)
