✔Analyzing Demand Planning impact, being part of regular meeting with finance, purchasing and ITC management in order to follow up the real customer queries from all company branches;
✔Analyzing the SNP impact into production impact by reckoning resources plan, working days and break down status, line capacity and efficiency, deadline and shelf life of materials (decor and kraft to develop the final product), backlog and urgency;
✔Production and Test scheduling by using SAPAPO on SAP SCM system and managing warehouse materials availability by checking the integrated software platform EWM;

We are a brilliant team of engineers working on prototype automation project 4.0.
This manufacturing line was realized entirely in January 2019, starting by copying HPL technology in order to realize only Fénix material which is our top investment and represents the first prototype working with Fénix, considering laminated studies from all over the world.
Every day technology to implement bugs in automation, arrangements to follow automated processes, studies and experiments to understand what is going on, are totally and entirely our focus: this is a start up vision with young dreams for the future automation red and contribution of wise experience in SAP technology and supply chain management.

✔ Entire responsibility of production program of: Mclaren’s Senna seat and Abarth Fca seat;
✔Indirect management of 30 resources involved in daily hand production;
✔ Preparation of the planning of production programs for OEM plant (race and luxury cars seats) in consultation with the responsible departments (Production Manager, Plant Controller, Purchasing & Sales, Logistics and Warehouse, Finance, H&S, HR) and coordinating the project’s line of production with Plant Manager;

✔ Being the point of contact for assigned suppliers with respect to inventory and future schedules;
✔ Proactively setting up meeting with purchasing (where required) to present schedule changes and capacity constraints;
✔ Management of MRP to balance demand and supply, creating a delivery plan that satisfies the combined requirements of production, development, and any other sources, keeping inventory within approved limits;
✔ Ensuring the suppliers have committed to the schedules and, where necessary, work together to create and implement achievable recovery plans;
✔ Responsibility for pro-actively identifying, escalating, and addressing risks to production requirements (capacity constraints/shutdowns etc.), supplier lead times, schedule stability, planned inventory levels and warehousing capacities;
✔Supporting engineering in the effective implementation of new parts, ensuring MRP demand is accurate and coordinating the appropriate run out and ramp up of stock to ensure minimum financial impact due to part obsolescence.

I was born with outstanding curiosity for everything existing in life: when I was 4, I remember I had been involved in reading the chemical composition on water bottles and asked my mother what was the exactly meaning of that indication on it; curiosity has grown over and over again and my studies followed my passion on life, focusing on environmental sciences and energetic engineering from Europe to Central America.
So that I started managing several projects becoming remarkable leader in results obtaining, working hard to get through exceptional goals in manufacturing projects which involved more professional roles in multifunctional and multidisciplinary team, getting confidence in responding to customers and investors queries in order to obtain their total approval to keep on investing in our company business, thanks to my multilingual approach with them.
My experience in project and design improved, moving through supply chain management, focusing on controlling and supervising of project feasibility, opening range of activity from operations to buying department, from program and product management to logistics area, from production team to quality field.
Today, after 10 years of walking by project side, after coordinating a production resources team, after experiencing more areas of professional market and understanding what is the future on it, I feel optimistic about following my dream and being part of next 4.0 generation in automation and prototype technology, discovering new opportunities for sharing experience and helping out with punctual analysis and engineering tools and design.
