 Maintenance of windows servers and desktops

 Troubleshooting networks issues on desktop/laptop computers and delivered end-user support.
 Implementing Active Directory.
 Troubleshooting boot processes.
 Configuring workstations as per the domain policies.
 User’s account creation, assigned privileges and assisted with management of network resources.
 Analyzing & troubleshooting daily operations problems.
 Manage user accounts, groups, printers, and file systems.
 System and Network performance tuning, troubleshooting and security.
 Managing local and domain users and resources.

 Providing 24/7 support for C-Band GSM Backhaul network through VSAT Earth
Station HUB for Warid, Zong and Telenor
 Providing On Call support to REs for troubleshooting, Commissioning O&M of
VSAT point-to-point links and diagnose problems occur at any remote site.
 Working in NOC, Hands-on experience on Comtech Satellite Modems
including CDM-625, CDM-625-A and Bandwidth optimizers (Memotech)
 Monitoring of GSM Backhaul network of VSAT CnC link at HUB.
 Working with Bert & Spectrum Analyzer.
 Coordination with Satellite Operator for new frequency/bandwidth slots new
sites commissioning and for other issues.
 Maintaining documents and preparation of reports for all issues and resolutions

Currently pursuing masters degree (2nd year) in Computer Science from Sapienza University.
