• Create job descriptions and manage recruiting company portal (also to manage KPIS and data with
PowerBI Platform);
• Follow entire recruiting Process (screening CV, Pre Call, Interviews, Offer)
• Active Search via LinkedIN Recruiter;
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events (Company Visti, Hackathon, Lecture);
• Responsible of Social Sustainability Project in Italy;
• Responsible for maintain contact with major University.

HR Management (contract drafting, onboarding, continuous feedback);
• Support for HR Administration Payroll (Zucchetti Software);
• Support for labour law and trade union issues;
• Responsible for Employer Branding (e.g. Work related learning for students
