Tender specialist, project manager, back office and customer service

o	Responsible for the preparation, submission and follow-up of bids up to the contract award
-	Market analysis and feasibility study of opportunities on targeted areas
-	Bid drafting: administrative documentation, technical proposal and budgeting
-	Verification of final documents to assess their compliance with Customer’s request and with Company’s internal procedures
-	Private/public customer relationship management
-	Terms and conditions negotiation up to contract signature
-	Order entry and follow-up

o	Responsible of the effective and efficient execution of assigned projects deliverables, from Kick-off meeting to final acceptance (including after-sale service) in accordance with contractual terms:
-	Providing customer service and administrative support along the project cycle
-	Coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet the project deadline and requirements
-	Ensuring respect of timelines and cost monitoring
-	Scheduling and resolving issues that may arise during projects in coordination with all stakeholders involved 
-	Ensuring clear and frequent communication within all levels of management and providing appropriate reports 

-	Preparation, submission and follow-up of projects and proposals
-	Providing technical and administrative support along the project cycle
-	Back office to support educational activities implementation 
-	Planning of workshops and events to sponsor and to disseminate project results

-	Drafting of daily reports to be sent to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on economic, political and social issues concerning Panama
-	Collaboration and participation to cultural and social events promoted by the Embassy

-	Structuring of a database of cooperation and development projects carried out by the organization 
-	Support in the activities related to the long-distance adoption area.
