-Identify project requirements and objectives

Primary responsibility as regards the management of requirements and design of Interactive
applications of Sky Italy.
My main activities:
▪ Collect, analyze, and manage all requests concerning the application of Sky Italy.
▪ Project planning, supervision and management.
▪ Project costs, resources and effort evaluation.
▪ Coordinating and management of Developer and Validation Teams.
▪ Main interface between Business / Marketing and Technology departments.

▪ Analysis and certification for all the interactive applications (SKY TG24, Meteo24, PrimaFila Active,
etc.) already available on SKY Satellite Television
▪ Analysis and testing of new applications developed by SKY, Front-End side (user experience,
navigation and interaction by the end-user) and Back-End side (.xml files analysis, content
management, database and logfiles management)
▪ STB SKY EPG certification, for those already available an the new ones
▪ Deep knowledge of HD and PVR (Personal Video Recording) systems
▪ Analysis and certification of

Management and integration of the Sky Lab End2End system
▪ Management, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices head problems
Digital TV set-top box (top Box set)
▪ Update Media on conditional access systems (Videoguards NDS)
▪ Management, configuration and troubleshooting of DVS-S transmission devices (encoders, MUX,
RF distribution, mixer IF-IF player modulator)
▪ Integration Set - Top - Box and quality control: validation of the correctness, reliability and
compactness of the software developed for different platforms STB.
