Acting as Engineering/Project Manager inside the overall project, depending to the main Discipline Leader, overall Engineering Manager and Project Manager;
• Preparation of technical specifications and datasheets, review of multidisciplinary project specifications
• contractual documents review
• bidding documentation preparation, bidders management for technical alignment and PO placement
• Vendor follow up during engineering, procurement and construction phases
• Client management for the engineering, procurement and construction phases
Current project: Anadarko Mozambique LNG plant, greenfield LNG production and export plant, total approximative value above 8 billion, including maritime facilities.
• Duties: management of Marine Loading Arms requisition
• Scope: engineering, procurement and construction

As part of corporate project management team in charge of review of technical and commercial documentation for offers both from vendors and to clients, data and project key quantities gathering and consolidation, schedule and milestones identification, analysis and tracking, follow-up on all project deliverable completion as per contract requirements.
Project: LNG – NLNG T7 BONNY ISLAND Client: SHELL
Mission: support the Project Manager & Construction Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics maintaining flow of information and proactive communication.
Project Management & Constructability:
• focal point among disciplines & department to finalize project key quantities
• review and consolidation of tendering documentation for both vendors & client
• schedule, execution plan and overall project management plan

Project: Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle + Sulphur Removal Client: SAUDI ARAMCO
Mission: support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document review, project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management.
System Completion Management:
• Monitoring and actively influencing pending activities for closure and contractual completion achievement
• Involvement of various disciplines in meetings dedicated to certification of work progressing
• Action as focal point for multidisciplinary topics for closing pending/punching items for project closure
• Directing & guiding a multicultural system completion team
Construction/Constructability:
• Planning activities for equipment installation, mechanical structures sequencing and civil works feasibility study
• Management and Follow-up of Equipment delivery in close contact with procurement entities & vendors
• Access & Visual Basic Software Developer
Creation of a database for status of receipt, activities and area prioritization for top management reporting and planning
• Steel Structure feasibility study and management of dedicated mechanical supervision team
Follow-up of drawing issuance and material receipt; planning installation sequences; monitoring subcontractor performance
Interface Management
• Creation and change management of Physical and Contractual interface points among different Contractors
• Involvement and alignment of all the related department for issue resolutions
• Planning and monitoring of all the activities in parallel with other Contractors’ schedules for zero-clashing operations
Project Control for Contractual Local Content Fulfilment
• Management of contractual chapter and dedicated monitoring/reporting team for Local Content Coordination
• Developer of an Access based tool for the integrate management of data and workflow

• Introduction to Project Management
Corporate full-time training at the beginning of integration to acquire basis of project management and relation with disciplines
• Portfolio analysisand reporting in Onshore business program management
Tailored Reporting as per Top Management requirement, based on data-clustering at Program Management level of active projects
• Gathering, recording and analysis of Project Status Reports(PSR)
Examination of official documents for business analysis and financial performance tracking of projects;managing of contents through Oracle Database; data-variation tracking, data clustering for reporting and comparison of static and dynamical aspects of projects, focusing on: finance (budget/forecast cost and revenue, invoicing, CPI), progress (SPI, trend & variance analysis), risk exposure (risk ratio, risk coverage, risk register).

• Designing of Cooling Towers, Air Finned Condensers and shell & tubes exchangers and fans with HTRI and internal software
• P&ID analysis for materials and quantity estimation
• Datasheet drafting and 2D/3D sketching
• Acquired sales competencies in technic-commercial proposals for the global market, with approach of direct managing relations with clients and vendors (main served geographicalareas: Far East, GCC, Australia, Russia)
