Head of a passionate team of managers and clerks, managing various businesses (cold cuts, fresh snacks, cheese and ready to eat meals) in different sales channels (modern and traditional trade, b2b) under various brands (main ones: Casa Modena and Parmareggio):

• GDO (modern trade):
team of 5 people with responsability of channel P&L, WD, Trade spending, Price positioning, Category management, Instore events, reporting to salesforce (IRI and Nielsen databases)
• NT (normale trade):
team of 3 people with responsability of channel P&L, share of wallet in clustered pos, sales tools, incentives for trade and salesforce (160 agents)
• AFH (away from home):
team of 2 people focused on commercial strategical plan for Front of house channel (national AFH chains) and Back of house channel (C&C and distributors)
• SELL OUT:
team of 25 "activators" and 1 Sell Out Coordinator with focus on local negotiation, range detention, order acquisition and price monitoring
• SELL IN:
direct management of 2 customers: 1 online channel (Amazon) and 1 traditional trade (Codè Crai)
