- Collaborate with Image directions department, conceiving creative concepts for window displays, special events, POP UP store, temporay and show room set-ups TOD’S WW. - Window display implementation strategy in collaboration with merchandise and marketing departments in HQ. - Develop visual merchandising displays, creating briefings and renderings for promote positive brand image through effective focused golas. - Reference for creative visual tools developing for all DOS and POP UP implementation projects, working closely with the Interior Design central/local, Merchandising and Style department. Guidelines - Initiate conference calls with local VM. - Creates guidelines to communicate layout principles, visual displays and use of POS both collateral and display. - Provide ad-hoc VM guidelines for each new set up DOS and Wholesale. - Review with regional VM team send feedback to HQ team after completion of each scheme. Process - Collaborate with Retail operation department on evaluate, negotiate and challenge all VM vendor partnerships. - Co-ordination production activities, quality check and feedback management working with VM Design, suppliers, VM area/project coordinator, local-regional VM. - Support strategic creative windows launches and planning coordinating, preparing with supplier and release to local installer setup instruction.

- VM Area (14 stores; full price and outlet) activities Stores Opening, Windows Installations, In store display, Showroom, ensuring they are commercially-focused and reactive to business needs. - Implementation and execution of VM strategies and standards in relation to the guidelines from HQ. - Working with both HQ and District Managers to provide reports and feedback on store performance/standards Special events, store initiatives -Collaborate with Fashion Creative Director, conceiving creative concepts for window displays, special events, visual tools and show room set-ups. - Control on creative visual aspects of special events, new store openings, and other store initiatives, liaising with local architects and suppliers, implementing the concept design H&B EMEA. - Collaborate to improve efficiency in terms of VM of all fixtures (maximizing display capacity, definition of best layout per each product categories, developing dedicated fixtures for some products etc). - Training and coaching store teams in all aspects of Visual Merchandising: seasonal guidelines. store layout and fixture usage, and visual presentation. Process - Control, update, monitor and manage VM window budget (finance / HQ). - KPI Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximize sales opportunities - Menaging guidelines to communicate layout principles, visual displays and use of POS. - Plan and execute all window installation schedule.
