"Develop, implement and continuously improve End-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, best practices and solutions in the Near East Region (Middle East, Africa, Russia-CIS, Turkey and India). Overall achievement from 2013 to 2017; reduction in DIH days by 21%, 4% increase in FCA m3 and 1% increase in SL IF while NS increase by 33% and Inventory by 13%.
Run the Regional S&OP process and steer local MU/MLU S&OP processes in order to ensure consistent supply of goods.

Implement Hub Inventory Tool and TRIM usage to improve in DIH and the critical stock management overall regional achievement in reduction of DIH ~2 days only from better management in critical stocks ; 22% reduction in SAS, reduction of excess stock by 52%, 28% in obsolete stock and %14 in blocked stock mio Euro from 2014 to 2016."
