job description the person will be responsible, in general, for supporting the accounting & tax team, taking care of daily administrative task, including cash management, maintenance of electronic files, accounting record and compliance assistance.
these will be the main responsibilities.
ap processing and reconciliation.
sales ledger posting and reconciliation.
cash ledger posting and reconciliation.
preparing payment batches.
invoice transmission to clients via sdi.
ensures timely and accurate preparation and processing of journal entries (with appropriate supporting documentation) for month end tasks and accounting transactions such as accruals, prepayments.
italian vat related compliance.
prepare the reverse charge invoices and entering them in the sdi.
prepare the withholding tax accrual on professionals.
prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
maintaining the fixed asset register and running monthly depreciation.
including asset additions and disposal.
liaising with the external auditors.
intercompany posting and reconciliation.
maintaining an accurate filing system in compliance with the local regulations.
assists in other functions of the finance team, as needed.
competenze ed esperienza a successful candidate should be/have.
fluent in italian and spanish and has advanced english skills.
bachelor's degree in economics/business and administration.
+3 years' experience in accounting.
deep knowledge in italian gaap and ifrs accounting principle.
strong excel skills erp great plain dynamics knowledge is a plus.
availability to travel outside of the country, occasionally completa l'offerta we offer.
a temporary contract.
1 year.
there are possibilities to continue after those months.
50% time of remote work.
