ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL

Job Opening: Accounting Professional Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping and Journal Entries: Accurately maintain daily financial records and handle various accounting entries. Cost Recording and Analysis: Ensure precise recording of all company costs and conduct regular cost analysis. Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Monitor and manage the company’s receivables and payables ensuring stable cash flow. Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize and comply with local tax regulations to ensure all financial operations are legal and compliant. Attendance Management: Handle employee attendance records and related payroll calculations. Labor and Health Insurance Processing: Manage employee labor and health insurance matters ensuring employee benefits are well handled. Assist with Procurement and Other Assigned Tasks: Support procurement processes and handle other tasks as assigned by the company. SAP System Operation: Operate and manage the SAP system to ensure accurate and efficient financial data processing. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and legal requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Chinese preferred; fluency in English is highly desirable. Willingness to comply with supervisor’s requests and directives.
