ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a candidate who will fill the role of Accounting Supervisor for our Italian branch in Savigliano (CN). Reporting directly to the CEO of Firefly Italy and dotted line to CFO in Sweden, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:

Financial responsible for the Italian company and monthly reporting to the head office in Sweden;
Accounting, invoicing, VAT-reports, reminders for due customer payments, monthly reconciliations and closing the accounts;
Project accounting reports, cost controlling in projects and support the Sales team drawing up budgets, follow-up and administrative procedures;
Supervise payroll processes, contact person for the external payroll agency and reporting to tax office, and other authorities;
Responsible for all agreements of the office as rental, company cars, office supplies, insurances;
Support to Sales Managers with employment contract and other HR tasks.


 
REQUIREMENTS


Economics academic background;
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role within small or medium size companies;
Good business English level (CEFR B2);
Proficiency in MS Office;
Strong data analytics skills;
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills;
Ability to work independently, problem-solving, team working, mediation and strong relational skills are required.
