ACCOUNTS PAYABLES (GERMAN SPEAKING)

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for an Accounts Payables (German Speaking).
Responsibilities.
Acting as a subject matter expert on accounts payable matters Dealing as first-level support on routine and non-routine accounts payable issues Review and processing of incoming invoices/credit notes from supplier Assisting Shared Service Center in India for the posting of invoices in case of difficulties and need of support Check and approval of weekly payment runs - Preparation of monthly Netting (Intercompany) payment runs Preparation of the UTP (Urgent to Pay) report with the critical for payment invoices during the UTP process at the end of half-years and at the end of each quarter and send it for final approval Booking of invoices on POs or G/L accounts (especially non-routine transactions) Booking of first-in-month invoices such as rentals and company cars Preparation of payment remittances in case of supplier requests Processing and review in the event of a delay in payment of an invoice Preparation of INTRASTAT reports (monthly reports to Austrian authority)   Requirements.
