ADMINISTRATION PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (GN) WITH ENGLISH AND GERMAN

Since 2018 the company is owned by Gi Group, one of the world's leading companies providing services for the development of the labour market.   For our customer, a global well-known technology company, we are looking for an Administration Procurement Specialist (gn) with English and German.   Main Responsibilities:  - Assist our technical departments and management team in organizing of daily purchasing business, including overall purchasing strategy for service, materials and equipment  - Analyze internal requirements and market supply resources to support the overall purchasing strategy for procurement related categories – HR, Equipment & Instrument, software, and R&D service, etc.  - Develop, maintain and execute procurement strategies to gain competitive advantages and ensure high-quality delivery  - Source for new suppliers, maintain preferred supplier pool and manage the supply resource structure to extend the cooperation with strategic suppliers  - Control and optimize the purchasing process, monitor its status and make optimization suggestions for beneficial new requirement handlings  - Evaluate the performance of the suppliers and drive improvement    Requirements:  - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Economic Engineering  - More than 2 years' working experience in an international acting company, including work experience in purchasing business department  - Understanding of semiconductor industry and related tasks for strategic topics  - High flexibility and motivated working attitude  - Experience and charisma in supporting top experts and managers  - Strong commitment to innovation, good skills in visualizing new ideas and concepts  - Very strong communication skills, fluency in English and German   What we offer:  - We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package. - Personal development is ensured through many training opportunities in Western Europe and abroad.       Branche: Telekommunikation Funktion: Einkauf/Procurement Führungsperson: Nein Anstellungsart: Festanstellung Karrierestufe: Angestellte/r
