Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to support members of Global Legal Organization.
This position is based in Washington, DC.
Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

The foundation of the Administrative Coordinator role is to administratively support a team of attorneys within our Procurement and Risk Management, MedTech, Regulatory, and Innovative Medicines groups.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, energetic, and agile and who acts professionally while demonstrating a clear communication style.
The selected candidate will anticipate the needs of the team they support, help them stay focused, resolve issues before they arise, and go the extra mile as needed.
A successful person in this position will also partner with other leaders and their administration staff within the Global Legal Organization on various projects.
This person must have solid organization skills, be able to work successfully in a matrixed environment, and handle various duties with appropriate prioritization and an ability to problem solve and learn new skills effectively.
Key Responsibilities.
·         Handle various duties and special projects, like reviewing, proofreading, and compiling and summarizing information, with appropriate prioritization and an ability to problem-solve and learn new skills ·         Engage in tasks that call for good judgment, independent initiative, and excellent soft skills ·         Assist with the creation of high-level presentation and communication materials and training presentations, and monitoring external regulatory and legal developments to help attorneys and clients keep on top of changing regulatory landscapes ·         Manage confidential business documentation.
emails, correspondence, files, and documents with the highest level of professionalism ·         Manage and coordinate various calendars and synchronizing conflicting schedules ·         Arrange domestic and international travel ·         Coordinate conference room reservations and catering for group meetings as needed ·         Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports in Concur in a timely manner ·         Maintain records of Attorney professional memberships and annual CLEs ·         Act as the point of contact on behalf of the team when hosting meetings or visitors while they are onsite ·         Actively stay informed of company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the department and provide guidance of such to applicable staff ·         Provide backup support to Administrative Assistants Qualifications Required Qualifications.
·         A High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred ·         A minimum of 5 years of proven administrative or analogous experience preferably in a legal environment ·         Detail oriented and strong organizational skills with ability prioritize various tasks simultaneously ·         Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, and Zoom, and experience with administrative tools such as.
SAP Ariba, Concur, AMEX Travel, etc.
·         Proven track record of excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interests in learning new skills to handle more complex matters, and the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams ·         Excellent and demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills to support the varying needs for a diverse group of attorneys ·         Professional demeanor with strong social skills and attention to detail ·         Global calendaring experience in a matrixed environment understanding time zone impacts to meetings and travel schedules ·         Self-starter and works well in a team environment ·         Flexibility to adjust to changing business environments ·         Display business and emotional intelligence ·         Demonstrate accountability for role responsibilities and actions ·         Maintain the highest standards of integrity Preferred.
