ADMISSIONS-BOCCONI INTERNSHIP

We are looking for an intern for our Admissions Undergraduate Office, the team that manages the selection, admission and enrollment processes of all international and italian students, interested in Bocconi Undergraduate Programs.The Admissions Office annually defines the admission criteria, is responsible for implementing them in fairness and correctness, with the aim of selecting for their programs the best profiles not only from Italy, but also from all around the world.The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will give the chance to learn the logics behind the Bocconi admissions systems and the relationships between Bocconi University and candidates (national and international), managing relations with families and/or other institutions.In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:• managing the relationship with candidates international and italian, supporting them during all the applications period;• managing direct contact (email and/or phone) with admitted/not admitted/enrolled students• processing the applications of new students (italian and international) ;• acquiring specific knowledge on foreign entrance qualifications and the main evaluation criteria for selection and enrolment• checking video recordings of the tests carried out by the candidates, to verify they have maintained a correct behavior• partecipanting in all the Open Days foreseen during the year , in the online/in presence initiatives/events managed together with the Guidance & Recruitment Office• learning how to use the office IT systems (e.g. ESSE3, MyApplication Portal, etc)• Supporting for the analysis and reporting activities of the office.He/she could be required to support also some activities referring to graduate candidates. For those activities will be guaranteed a proper knowledge.Requirements• Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path• Fluent in English and Italian• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Curious to know how an higher education institution operatesWe are offering a 6 months paid internship.Categoria Professionale: Marketing / Comunicazione / Media / GiornalismoCittà: Milano (Milano)Disponibilità oraria:
