BEAUTY ADVISOR Sei appassionato del mondo beauty? Vorresti lavorare in un ambiente creativo e divertente? In qualità di Beauty Advisor di Sephora Italia ti occuperai di.
Accogliere i clienti garantendo loro una shopping experience unica e memorabile Offrire consulenze personalizzate ai visitatori, in base al tipo di cliente ed al tipo di prodotto di cui tratterai Supportare il direttore di negozio e gli Specialist nella gestione delle attività quotidiane Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dello Store (budget e target) Occuparsi del merchandising Contribuire alla creazione di un forte spirito di squadra Requisiti richiesti.
Gradita esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) o attitudine alle vendite e passione per il beauty Agilità, dinamismo e flessibilità Forte orientamento ai risultati, con strategia di cross-selling ed up-selling Alta predisposizione al lavoro in team Disponibilità al lavoro su turni, dal lunedì alla domenica, con riposi compensativi Buona conoscenza dell’inglese o di altra lingua straniera Si offre.
Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, finalizzato alla stabilizzazione.
Area di lavoro.
