Nello specifico si occuperà di.
* Vendita dei prodotti durante le attività in store con Consumatrici finali, siano esse.
consulenze one-to-one, masterclass per clienti VIP, Trattamenti Cabina * Raggiungimento dei Target Sell Out prefissati nella Settimana/Evento di Animazione * Preparazione della Settimana di Animazione in coordinamento con il personale del punto vendita, l'agente di zona, la sede lato Trade * Rappresentare la Sede per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità del punto vendita durante la settimana di animazione, sviluppare relazioni personali e durature con il cliente e il retailer * Far vivere alle consumatrici un'esperienza unica utilizzando i diversi strumenti che l'azienda propone * Vendere i prodotti e i programmi adatti ad ogni consumatrice e ad ogni pelle * Fidelizzare le consumatrici al negozio e al Brand attraverso consulenze personalizzate e creando bisogni complementari (es.
skin / mup) * Compilazione di Report + feedback qualitativi * formazione del personale del punto vendita, attività di merchandising, etc.
offerta di lavoro Ottima opportunità di carriera * Diploma in Estetica e comprovata attitudine nell'applicazione del trattamento, specialmente viso e applicazione make up.
* Consolidata esperienza commerciale in ambito sell out (BCs / field trainer / Counter Manager).
* Ottima conoscenza del settore cosmetico e della categoria skincare / proprietà di linguaggio skin * Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali / che sappia coinvolgere le sue audience siano in store e on line / e tenere l'attenzione di chi ascolta * Attitudine alla Vendita e orientamento ai risultati * Provenienza dal Mondo Beauty Super Premium o Pharma * Nice to have.

inglese * Standing, eleganza, raffinatezza, eccellenza * Spirito di iniziativa, capacita di lavorare sia in Team che in piena autonomia * Disponibilità di trasferta durante il 100% del lavoro * Automunit*
