Implement effective change management strategies (communication and training strategy and planning included) to facilitate the adoption of BI solutions within the organization.

We are looking for a professional with at least 8 years of experience in BI solutions, with high skills and experience to lead and manage our Business Intelligence (BI) team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BI technologies, data analysis, and project management.
As the SAP BI Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BI solutions to meet the organization's business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on datasphere management, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Specifically, key responsibilities are.
Team Leadership.
Lead, mentor, and manage the SAP BI team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members in the successful delivery of BI solutions.
SAP BI Implementation.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of SAP BI solutions to meet business requirements.
Ensure the effective integration of SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools within the organization's ecosystem.
Datasphere Management.
Develop and implement strategies for effective datasphere management, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards.
BI Tools Expertise.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI tools, particularly SAP Analytics Cloud and other relevant technologies.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new BI tools to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into BI solutions.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the BI team and other departments.
The ideal candidate must have.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred Proven experience (8 + years) in SAP BI implementation and management roles In-depth knowledge of datasphere management principles and best practices Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and proficiency in other BI tools Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills r elevant certifications in BI tools and SAP Analytics Cloud are a plus      Are you a digital transformation professional who creates value for clients, builds strong internal and external relationships and promotes teamwork?
