This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketing.
Junior Marketing Specialist ROLE MISSION As a Junior Marketing Specialist at Brioni, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, contributing or driving daily tasks related to Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Fragrance Marketing and Event Management.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist in the run up to events, in their planning, organisation and coordination such as collection presentations, product launches and store openings.
Support the sampling, production and distribution of marketing materials, client and press invitations, packaging, gifting, presentations, and event collateral ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Follow-up on the action plan and logistics around fragrance marketing and product development in partnership with the licencing partner.
Assist the Graphic Designer with the creation of day-to-day digital assets and file management.
Supporting the team in cross-functional projects, such as campaign launches and internal document creation for key stakeholders.
Help representing Brioni in communication with suppliers for all the above and build good working relationships with colleagues.
Proactively research and benchmarking of luxury market events and client engagement programs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English and Italian Sensitivity to aesthetics and graphic design, passion for luxury Pro-active thinker, with a sense of urgency and collaborative mindset Highly organized with attention to detail, self-starter and ability to multi-task Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Previous experience in a Luxury/Fashion/International Organization Teamwork Why work with us?
