Know the existing tools that have been developed locally, at regional level or centrally, understand why they have been created, how they are used (analytics), and how they could evolve Collect & prioritize business needs which are not covered by existing solutions, in close collaboration with “Offer & Product team” and the local product / systems management teams Analyze what common grounds can be found and at which level (business rules, features, UX, adoption process, etc.), and formalize mutualized functional needs Design & deploy the digital solution(s), in close collaboration with IT teams Follow up adoption and measure the business impact to feed the future evolutions of the digital solutions You will also.
