Water-E717 Business Analyst WIBU  -  Full Time  -  Vimodrone (Milano),  Italy Your challenge.
Analyze, support development and deployment Water & Industrial Business Unit (WIBU) business processes, related tools, and systems.
Support WIBU leadership business decisions providing data, market insights and facts Ensure that Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERP and other main systems support WIBU’s business processes.
Carry out business process and systems’ changes throughout the BU together with process owners to increase data quality.
Support Regional Heads of Sales to enable more agile and market-segment focused front sales activity, accelerate growth within the priorities identified in the Sulzer Strategy, share best practices, and activate other functions/departments as deem appropriate.
Main selling points of the job   Accountability to define and implement transactional process improvement tools to enable sales growth through efficient business practices.
The talent will have a global span and will bring harmonization of business development skills within the Sales Department by evangelizing data driven culture supporting WIBU Head of Sales and Sales Leadership team.
Engagement in local Continuous Improvement projects as facilitator to get field and business experience.
Exposure at Flow Equipment Division and Group Data Science Team levels   Your main tasks and responsibilities.
Comprehension of business processes and related systems; manage process improvement activities (projects and continuous improvement); primary development focus is on sales processes and accuracy in Sales reporting Focus on improving data quality to automate monitoring and forecasting process Expert in transactional processes, able to detect “waste” and streamline value chain introducing continuous improvement practices Create and contribute to Business Intelligence projects as Subject Matter Expert and Data Scientist skills Supporting, cooperating with, and participating in company-wide LEAN and ESH initiatives Ensure that Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERPs and other main systems support WIBU’s business processes Team Lead for WIBU Salesforce Champion network Regular meetings with Salesforce champions CRM maintenance coordination CRM and BI Tools Dashboard creation and maintenance Support Business Intelligence data collection and Governance Support sales management team to enable more agile and market-segment focused front sales activity Regular pipeline/forecast review with sales management team Skilled in data mining, accessibility to data in various systems (ERPs) Manage continuous iteration on commercial follow-up, by region, Segment and Business type (New and Sales) o          Liaise with Finance and with Strategy (Budgeting Process, by Segment, by Region, by Product) o          Progress Tracking of X-Matrix platform (cross functional, not just Sales Department) o          Rolling Forecast management, both for OI (Order Intake) and Sales   Acting as a role model for accountability, integrity and business ethics.

Data Science Expertise is preferred Languages.
