As the business is in expansion, they are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager with experience in Solar PV Systems who will be the key person in sourcing and engaging new enterprise clients in France, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
About you.
You are an experienced Business Development Manager, with 5+ years of experience in Sales generation of Solar / Photovoltaic / Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
As you will be interacting with external and internal stakeholders, your appreciation of project commercials, contract management and optimisation and communication skills will be key.
What You’ll do.
In this role you will be play a key role in Business Development and Account Management activities where you will review customers’ technical specifications, hold technical meetings and workshops, prepare Proposals / Quotations / Tenders (RFP / RFI).
You will also be responsible for the technical aspect of solar integration and solar power transformer / solar inverter transformer for ESS / BESS solution sales.
Specifically you will have responsibility for.
Driving business development activities including customer pipelines, presales meetings, and customer engagement Technical sales of Smart PV Solutions and Energy Storages; Promote solution and products to customers (Webinar, meetings, etc.); Respond to queries from distribution partners, EPCs (Energy, Procurement & Construction) and installers; Technical requirements, market analysis and suggestions for the product roadmap for France; Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization; Support to project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation; Execution of internal business development processes by following SOP Summary Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree 3+ years of experience as a Business Development / Sales Specialist in Solar / Photovoltaic / Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) for enterprise / large-scale customer service / customer delivery Familiar with energy industry and eco-system partners; Skilled in using Word, Excel & PowerPoint Native Italian speaker and Business English (B2) Available for client onsite meetings and occasional business trips Why You Should Be Interested Our client is a vibrant, multinational firm with global presence and offices in the main European capitals.
