For the new Hardware Design Center in Italy, we are looking for.
CAD Engineer_Cadence Framework The candidate will maintain and develop hardware efficiency tools based on EDA.
In this position, you will work with worldwide engineers to define EDA efficiency tool requirements development solutions and maintain the existing tools and support the worldwide engineers to do daily screening.
The main responsibilities are.
·      Development of object-oriented software libraries used to build up advanced layout elements inside CAD architecture "Cadence Design Framework ".
·      Provide the solution to the daily EDA environment/tool issues to support worldwide Hardware engineers (MLO, PCB designs) ·      Research new features of the EDA tools (Cadence.
APD, Concept, Allegro, Sigrity, Clarity; Valor and so on) ·      Define software solutions, define the software architecture, code implementation to develop new efficiency tools to improve Allegro schematic and layout design environment.
·      Analysis and development of new layout automated tool for generation of power devices with complex metals interconnection in Smart Power technologies.
Basic and technical skills.
•            Bachelor’s degree or above, in Software Engineering, Computer science and technology, Information Technology, Internet of Things Engineering and related major •            Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written, oral) •            Team-work ability •            Ability to effectively solve problems, open minded •            Experience with scripting software languages (e.
.
Python, Perl, Allegro SKILL, Cadence) •            Experience with EDA tools Cadence (Concept, Allegro, Sigrity, Clarity) •            Familiar with website development language PHP is better •            Knowledge in PCB/MLO process is better Place of work.
