Join us in our Commercial Capability Development (CCD) team and you will support Commercial Capability Development (CCD) Manager in the deployment of training across target audience in scope as needed according to training strategy plan in order to build a skilled and empowered organization through the Commercial steams in scope via multiple channels, online/offline/in presence, deploying the best learning model while monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of trainings across the organization.
Specific responsibilities include.
• Support CCD Manager with the local deployment of learning programs through effective facilitation of both on and offline classroom learning delivery for all streams involved from onboarding journey across all learning deployment programs developed, where applicable.
Support in pivoting, readapting and & tweaking programs based on effectiveness of programs and feedback received.
• Conduct the Train the Trainer certification program to be achieved successfully and constantly be updated with training methodologies to optimize learning experience both virtually and physically where needed using global approach.
• Give support in building, co-creating, or sourcing commercial learning solution contents according to business needs.
Coordinate the best delivery approach (blended, online, offline, in presence) taking into account commercial ongoing activities and workload expected.
Plan and deploy follow-up training as needed, based on gaps identified, across target market audiences as needed, through delivery of on-the-job / in-field support.
• Be familiar with LMS platform and align on delivery methodology, attendees, progress, NPS, follow up process.
Based on business expectations and prioritization for audience in scope.
Support CCD Manager in keeping constant/recurrent alignment with stream referents involved on programs to be deployed in alignment with governance indication and conduct follow up.
• Be accountable for the delivery of all learning plans from onboarding to upskilling topics as well as gaining knowledge of multichannel stream needs and provide regular and timely feedback to Programmed Development team on training needs based on observations and feedbacks received.
• Maintain regular communication with Development stream for sharing of the available training offer, knowledge tests and materials enhancing the deployment of the commercial organization.
For continuous improvement update monitor learning progress to target improving areas of gap identified and conduct regular feedback sessions with frontliners involved for corrective actions and follow-ups.
• Be constantly updated with commercial dept.

Who we’re looking for.
• Graduation in Economics, Business or similar • At least 4 years’ experience in training design and learning contents for international companies or complex environments • Attitude to creativity • Proven experience in design thinking for trainings • Training skills • Advanced excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives • Fluency in Italian & English What’s ‘nice to have’.
