Role Purpose In this newly created position, you will be responsible for developing and driving the end-to-end Commercial and Service & Repair strategy for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (VRAS) in Ireland, with a strong focus on Capital Sales.
This role will require you to be well-versed in the use of VELYS Robotic procedure, to define the Commercial and Professional Education pathway for customers; from introduction to VRAS, capital sale of VRAS, to seamless installation.
This multi-faceted role will also see you designing and delivering our Technical Service commitments including Installation, Qualification and Maintenance of the VRAS.
What you will be doing.
Lead on commercialisation of VRAS, owning the relationship between Joints Partner and hospitals Build the VRAS execution 3 Year Plan, with established KPIs to drive towards Attune sales growth Lead on Capital Sale of VRAS for targeted accounts, leveraging Cork Visitation Centre & Joints Partner relationships Act as Product Expert with national accountability to multiple stakeholders across the Private and HSE landscape in conjunction with Joints Partner   Manage customer relationships as VRAS expert before, during and after installation including clinical support for surgeon during initial robotics procedures Lead all customer installation and technical service requirements nationally  Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation and other assigned equipment Ensure compliance with Contracting, Quality, HCC, Legal & Data Privacy Other Opportunities As part of your development there will be tasks / projects / experience relating to the entire DePuy Synthes commercial operation, such as; Sales & Marketing Strategic Capabilities Commercial Excellence Finance Supply Chain Qualifications What you will bring to this role.
Strong commercial stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage resource, scheduling, contracting, service plan and install cadence Strong history of Capital Selling essential, preferably in a medical / clinical setting Excellent communication skills Leadership capabilities and strength in building and influencing relationships and collaborative partnerships Customer centric focus, both internally and externally coupled with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal High-level of technical expertise and effectiveness at imparting concepts and information of a highly technical nature Knowledge of Technical Services within the MedTech Industry Success at leading a high performing team In Return We Offer.
