N°-SG) per la divisione Gi Group Fashion & Luxury, specializzata nei servizi per le risorse umane per le aziende del mondo della moda, della cosmetica, del lusso RICERCA per prestigiosa Boutique di Via Montenapoleone a Milano.
CLIENT ADVISOR - MADE TO MEASURE SPECIALIST Le risorse si occuperanno dell'accoglienza e della vendita assistita al cliente, fornendo una consulenza di alto livello sul prodotto, dell'allestimento degli spazi espositivi e del relativo riassortimento; seguiranno inoltre le attività legate al CRM ed alla fidelizzazione della clientela.
Dovranno altresì sviluppare il business MTM secondo le linee guida aziendali e supportare le vendite RTW, fornendo un eccellente servizio clienti.
Il/La candidato/a ideale ha esperienza in ambito Retail o Luxury, con particolare know how sul prodotto sartoriale e sul made to measure, ha approccio consulenziale ed è appassionato/a di moda e tendenze.
Necessarie buone capacità di problem solving, flessibilità e adattabilità, team working e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
È richiesta OTTIMA conoscenza della LINGUA INGLESE.
Ottime doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente, attitudine ad un contesto dinamico, conoscenza e passione per il settore lusso completano il profilo.
