Accoglienza del cliente e supporto durante tutta la fase di acquisto per garantire un’ottima Client Experience; Condividere e coinvolgere il cliente alla scoperta della storia del prodotto e dell’azienda; Attività di CRM per stabilire con il cliente una relazione a lungo termine; Attività di cross-selling.

full time, dal lunedì alla domenica con riposo a rotazione.

I profili ideali possiedono i seguenti requisiti.
Esperienza pregressa nella mansione; Conoscenza fluente di inglese; Ottime doti relazionali, empatia e curiosità; Capacità di comprendere i bisogni della clientela per soddisfare le diverse esigenze; Flessibilità oraria.
Completano il profilo standing curato, entusiasmo e passione per il settore.
