Job Title Clinical Application Specialist HRM (South Italy) Job Description Clinical Application Specialist.
Driving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for HRM (Heart Rythm Management) segment.
Your role.
Providing primary training and education to customers Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital’s staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division and company goals.
Monitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems.
Assisting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support.
Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
Implementing business development activities on the field for increasing awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infection.
Organizing round tables/cardiac implantable electronic device infection meetings involving the different stakeholders that manage patients with infection.
Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures.

Ba/MSc degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field 2 - 5 yrs experience of clinical support in a cath-lab English fluency and Italian language as local languange Availability to travel % of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills About Philips We are a health technology company.
