the cluster marketing & communication specialist, reporting to the area director of marketing & communication, will support marketing and communication and strategies to enhance the brand presence and awareness, maximizing revenue growth of the opening hotels in italy.

our cluster marketing & communication specialist will have a focus on brand management and execution of localised and global acquisition campaigns.
furthermore, the cluster marketing & communication specialist will be digital performance driven and support the communication & marketing team, dealing with customer acquisition, retention and digital marketing activities, photo shooting, videomaking, social media management, optimisation of ux, traffic, content, reporting, mailer creation and paid media.
moreover, he/she will deal with comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of orient express hotels and arsenale corporate and will support marketing research to identify trends, competitive landscapes and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making the ideal candidate possesses a strong experience as marketing & communication specialist within the luxury hotels.
main responsibilities.
brand management • assisting in providing consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels, keeping the luxury standards, • assisting in creation of collateral for the hotels, f&b and spa outlets in line with brand guidelines • collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard and enhance the brand image and reputation digital marketing • executing the digital marketing initiate es, like website management, seo, sem, e-mail marketing, social media campaigns, • optimizing online presences and engagement through analytics and data driven insights, • working closely with our performance agency on managing the day to day paid activity (ppc / paid social) and ensuring pacing is on track to meet commercial targets, • continuously optimising our websites based on seo audits and agency recommendations, • identifying opportunities for future improvement, drive optimisations and efficiencies, • working synergically with external agencies and internal stakeholders on paid media and mailer creatives and copy, • working with wider digital and content brand teams to ensure best practices are implemented across relevant digital channels (website, paid media, mailers), • weekly and monthly digital performance analysis and reporting, • monitoring competitor activity online, especially across paid and email, providing regular reports public relations • supporting the relationships with media outlets, influencers, key stakeholders, press events, launches and the other promotional activities to generate media attention and visibility content creation • leading the creation of compelling and top-quality content for various channels (website, social media, print materials…) in collaboration with arsenale and orient express teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
• managing social media channels, community and forum partnerships and collaborations • collaborating in strategic partnerships with luxury brands, local community, influencers and organizations to enhance the brand visibility and reach in alignment with the brand values and targets campaign management • contributing to integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and events to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement and drive revenue • monitoring and analysing campaigns’ performances to achieve the strategies’ objectives reporting • providing regularly updated digital, social media, press reports and marketing performance metrics qualifications • 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in luxury hotellerie, • knowledge and experience using google analytics, search console, paid media tools such as google and meta ads, and crm tools, • photo shooting and videomaking confidence, • a deep understanding of core digital marketing and social media principles including seo, content marketing, link building, crm, ppc, paid social, display advertising, knowledge of social media posting tool, and content editing, • english and italian high confidence, • legal right to work in italy, • performance orientated and inclined to work in a fast-paced environment both on projects in autonomy and synergically as part of a team, • high degree of self-motivation and tenacity with great attention to details, • strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive and flexible approach
