What do you need to be successful? Master’s Degree in Engineering; preferably economics, business and administration, management engineering; Less than 18 months of professional experience; Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus; Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders; Innate aptitude for teamwork; Excellent communication skills; Personal drive and results orientation; Availability for domestic and international business trips up to 70% is paramount.
