CONTENT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Produce contents for Zegna marketing and communication channels, with a specific focus on video production. Knowledge of photographic production will be a plus. Organize content production (pre-production, shooting and post shoot) and manage the prioritization of the creative tasks that contribute to the realization of the defined content strategy. It is required a deep understanding of all phases and methods of video production: editing, color correction, CGI, stop motion. For this job we require: attention to details, ability to work at high pace, curiosity in finding new techniques / talents / trends, strong ability to work in a team, also remotely. In this role, you will: Manage and plan day-to-day production of videos for web, social and stores; Being owner of the delivery of all video formats required by Zegna channels; Manage budget, timelines with external suppliers including agencies, photographers, videographer to produce contents in line with the marketing strategies; Working with internal creative department, giving them the tools and the support to create amazing contents, respecting tight deadlines; Manage production timing aligned with the seasonal marketing calendar; Monitoring projects development, ensuring to provide the final deliverables from raw assets within the specific timing for each project; Think creatively to produce new ideas to accomplish a brief in terms of production and post-production; Constant research of new suppliers, directors, videomakers, editors, trends and techniques. For this role, we're looking for someone with: 3 years of experience (in house or agency creative or production environment experience) University or Bachelor's degree.
