We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager, committed to process optimization, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure – Electrification & Automation area.

Your Challenge As a  Continuous Improvement Manager your mission will be to lead process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation in our business processes.
Some of the main activities will be.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement within our project-based operations.
Assist in the development and execution of a strategic continuous improvement roadmap tailored to our project business environment.
Participate in process improvement projects, working alongside experienced mentors and applying Lean or other relevant methodologies.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and give the development of actionable recommendations.
Support the creation of a culture of continuous improvement by actively engaging with team members and sharing insights and best practices.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the adoption of best practices in project business management and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Attend and actively participate in meetings and workshops focused on gathering input and ideas for process enhancements.
Collaborate with senior team members to track the progress of improvement projects and report on outcomes.
Assist in maintaining documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have.
Education background.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Recent post-graduates are encouraged to apply.
A strong passion for process improvement and a desire to learn and grow in a project-based business environment.
Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, and software.
Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and trends.
