Description Job Description.
Coordinator, PSS Practice Support Services We are looking for an individual who is an efficient self-starter.
Applicants must be comfortable being a member of a remote and geographically dispersed team.
The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support for 20+ associates, plus additional project work is essential in this role.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, thinks “outside of the box” and possesses strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Project Support Services.
 Provide support for special assignments working at the direction of the Team Manager/Team Lead, Expert and/or peer.
This could include.
Provide administrative and professional best practice services and support to increase analysts’ effectiveness.
Proactively schedule calls and manage calendars for up to 20+ experts.
Provide office support for analyst(s), including booking travel & expense management.
Work independently to create reports, coordinate meetings, and support research documents.
Work collaboratively on projects (as assigned by manager).
Assist with ad hoc project support, e.
.
conference / event coordination and other special assignments.
Partner with various departments to improve the timeliness and quality of published research and presentation.
Administrative Services.
Provide administrative and professional best practice services and support to increase research team effectiveness.
This includes independently and proactively scheduling calls/managing calendars; travel & expense management; office/home office support; assisting with planning; on-boarding new associates; knowledge and proactive support of Gartner tools; and other ad-hoc administrative requests as needed.
Provide exceptional client service with a positive and professional attitude to both internal and external clients.
React promptly and follow-through on all requests (e.
., acknowledging receipt of requests within the same day and setting expectations for delivery of request).  Proactively reach out to all aligned research teams you support on a regular basis.
Adhere to established policies, processes and guidelines.
Job Requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Experience in an extremely fast paced work environment - preferably in Research, Marketing, or account/client service Extensive computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint and PowerPoint) Possessing a solid understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools, standard reporting tools is a plus.
Experience supporting multiple associates or teams (range of 20+ associates at a time) Experience working with remote teams.
Experience handling multiple priority projects or tasks simultaneously.
Self-starter – must be able to own, manage, and complete projects and special assignments with little instruction.
Candidate must possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal and collaborative skills.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
