What youll be doing As a Corporate Finance Associate youll play a key role in shaping our companys financial narrative and engagement with the investment community.
Heres what your day-to-day will look like.
Investor Communications - Develop and prepare high-quality investor update materials including earnings presentations investor decks press releases and Q&A documents.
Shareholder Management - Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors and shareholders responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate shareholder records.
Internal Stakeholder Presentations - Create compelling internal presentations for senior leadership on financial performance market trends and strategic initiatives.
Extraordinary Corporate Transactions - Support various corporate finance activities including mergers and acquisitions capital raises and other strategic transactions from due diligence to execution.
Financial Analysis - Conduct financial analysis market research and peer benchmarking to support investor relations efforts and strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with finance legal communications and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

Education - Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
Financial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial modeling valuation techniques and capital markets.
Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Analytical Prowess - Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactivity and Adaptability - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
