Our vision for Customer Service at BD As customer service representative reporting to our Customer Service Manager, will work in the customer service team and among your main responsibilities you will be able to manage incoming calls, e-mails, service complaints, invoice rejections, and also provide full support to back office activities Job Description Main responsibilities will include.
