About the Role.
We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a maternity leave replacement in Customer and Collection Accounting.
The resource will be included in the account receivables BU function of Ferrero Commerciale Italia.
Main Responsibilities.
Ensure the process assigned (monitor invoicing, customer reconciliations, transitory accounts clearing, customer credit monitor) Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances Credit notes posting and customer data update on SAP, as per the policy Payments and customer daily clearing VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing depending on the specific case Analyzing customer account statements and arrange refunds if necessary, in agreement with sales force Possible involvment in projects related to customers and collection accounting in BU function Who we are looking for.
Degree in Business Management (Master is a plus) Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environment; Analytical mindset 1-2 years experience in Accounting is a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
