We want the new Service Engineer to become part of a highly motivated team that jointly develops our Security Services Portfolio to a market leading offering.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Build with the Portfolio team the key service offering components; Lead the RFP & selection of strategic vendors for products & technologies; Lead the PoCs & Technical evaluation; Responsible for the Ready to Deliver; Implement & configure, with the Delivery team, the products/technologies necessary to bring the service to life; Hand over the service to delivery once R2D is completed; Perform technology Watch to identify potential for efficiency improvement/ optimization of service operations; Implement & configure the service upgrades for the service maintenance/refinement phase; Participate, with Portfolio, in the training of pre-sales teams; Tasks will be focusing around.
Research & Technology watch; Portfolio development & implementation   Key Tasks.
Technology Assessment; Technical business case submission to CTO for new service; Drives Proof of concept and Ready 2 Delivery phase; Responsible for technical deliverables within the Portfolio Development Programs; Cooperates with Portfolio and Operations teams.
Skills and Experience.
A good background in IT/IoT technology and 5 Years working on cybersecurity services or information security management.
Good hands-on experience with one major cloud vendor (e.
.
Amazon, Microsoft, Google).
Working experience in a DevSecOps environment with a focus on at least one aspect of the pipeline (e.
.
automation through scripting, IaC development, containerization, etc.) Innovation mindset; Technical Acumen – Curiosity about technology; Market intelligence to understand industry trends; Align work with strategic goals.
Technical experience in Cyber-Security Services like Perimeter Protection, Security Monitoring, IP & Intellectual Property Protection, Threat intelligence & Management, etc.
Problem Solving and Adaptability Time management.
